The Tampere Region Vocational College (Tredu) Is Requesting Bids For The House Package Delivery Of A Single-Family House In Accordance With This Request For Bids And Its Appendices. The Detached House To Be Built Will Be Realized As A Student Project By Tredus Construction Students In Tampere. The Drawings Of The Building And Other Necessary Technical Data Are Submitted As An Attachment To The Request For Tender (Appendix 1). A Building Permit Has Been Applied For By Tredu For The Construction Site In 2026. The Foundation Work For The Building Will Be Carried Out By The Client. The Main Delivery Of The House Package Must Take Place In October 2026. The Total Value Of The Purchase Is A Maximum Of 75,000 Euros (Vat 0%).
