Yleisradio (Hereafter Yle) Requests Offers For Communication Consulting Services. The Procurement Establishes A Framework Arrangement For Yle Through A Tender, Through Which It Acquires Strategic Communication Services And Operational Communication Services For Stakeholders And Social Relations For The Company. The Aim Of The Procurement Is, Among Other Things, To Develop And Support Yleisradios Stakeholder Communication, Especially For Social Relations Needs. The Procurement Is Divided Into Two (2) Sub-Areas As Follows: 1. Stakeholder Communication Services: Operative Stakeholder Communication Expert Services, Which Includes Communication Assignments Such As Surveys Or Analyses. 2. Strategic Communication Consulting Services: Special Expert Services In Strategic Communication That Supports The Companys Social Relations Needs. The Aim Of The Assignments Is To Strengthen The Effectiveness Of The Organizations Stakeholder Communication, Especially In Socially Significant Themes. Through The Tender, Yle Establishes A Framework Arrangement, In Which It Selects A Maximum Of Three (3) Suppliers For Sub-Area 1 Stakeholder And Social Relations Communication Services, And One (1) Supplier For Sub-Area 2 Strategic Communication Consulting Services. Both Areas Are Compared Separately. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Arrangement Is No More Than Eur 200,000.00 (Vat 0%). This Is An Indicative And Non-Binding Estimate. Within The Framework Arrangement, A Consulting Service Is Acquired For Yles Various Strategic Communication And Operational Stakeholder Communication Needs And Projects. The Content And Operating Model Of The Sub-Areas Are Described In More Detail In The Tender Request And Its Appendices. The Contract Is For A Fixed Period Of Two (2) Years After Both Contracting Parties (Customer And Supplier) Have Signed The Contract. The Contract Period Includes Two (2) One-Year Option Periods, The Implementation Of Which Will Be Decided Later.
