Within The Framework Of This Tender, The Inefficient, Depreciated, Oversized Heat Pipeline Parts Of The District Heating Network Of The Narva Grid Area Must Be Reconstructed In Order To Obtain An Energy-Saving And More Reliable Heat Network. The Old Heat Pipeline Must Be Replaced With A New Pre-Insulated Heat Pipeline In Accordance With The Applicable Technical Norms, Standards, Technical Approvals, Work Projects And In The Volume And Scope Specified In The Basic Documents Of The Procurement. The Procurement Is Divided Into Parts: Part 1 - Reconstruction Of The Heat Pipe Of Narva City Heat Pipe Sections No. 1-8 Part 2 - Heat Pipe Reconstruction Of Narva City Heat Pipe Sections No. 9-10 Bids Can Be Submitted For All Parts.
