The Project Involves The Following Scope Of Works: • Disconnect And Remove Boiler, Pipework, Pumps, And Controls From Boilerhouse And Install A New Plantroom Fitout. • Install New Building Energy Monitoring System (Bems) To Control The Heating System And Monitor Fuel Use; • Replace Existing Heating Distribution Pipework Throughout The School. • Replace Existing Radiators. • Replace Oil Tank With New Lpg Tank On Concrete Plinth With Security Cage. • Installation Of New Gas Line From Tank To Boilerhouse. • Associated Electrical Works Including Wiring Of Plant, Valves And Sensors From New Mcc Panel.
