The Name And Estimated Quantities Of Defective Specialized Electronic Equipment Are Defined In The Technical Specification. The Quantities Are Approximate, In View Of The Estimates Made By The Contracting Authority For The Necessary Post-Warranty Repairs Of Assemblies, Details And Special Parts Of The Trolleybus Type Skoda Solaris 26Tr/Trolino 12 And Solaris Urbino 12 For A Period Of Up To 12 /Twelve/ Months (From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract), And The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Perform The Requested Repairs In The Volumes According To The Technical Specification. The Diagnosis And Repair Of Defective Specialized Electronic Equipment Is Carried Out Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority And Based On His Written Request. The Contracting Authority Has No Obligation To Request Diagnosis And Repair Of All Types And Quantities Of Items According To The Technical Specification. The Diagnosis And Repair Of The Power Units, Electronic Modules, Circuit Boards And Electronic Elements Is Carried Out Within A Maximum Period Of 20 /Twenty/ Working Days After Receiving The Request Of The Contracting Party. The Repaired Items Are Delivered To The Employer In Standard Export Packaging, Suitable To Protect The Goods From Damage During Transport, Loading And Unloading, Corresponding To The Type And Method Of Transport. Important: Electronic Boards, Modules And Computer Configurations Must Have Programs And Software Installed According To Their Purpose.
