The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of An Engineering Contractor (Design, Construction And Authors Supervision) For The Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures In Block 7, Druzhba Quarter, Sliven. Sliven, Which Has Been Approved By The Ministry Of Regional Development For Financing Under The Sub-Measure Support For Sustainable Energy Renovation Of Multi-Family Residential Buildings, Including Addressing Energy Poverty Under The Regional Development Program 2021-2027. The Procedure Stipulates That The Intensity Of The Grant Is 100% Of The Eligible Costs. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Procedure Is Aimed At Sustainable Energy Renovation Of Multi-Family Residential Building - Block 7, Druzhba Quarter, Sliven. The Building Is Intended Entirely For Residential Purposes. It Consists Of Five Entrances - A /8 Floors/, B /8 Floors/, C /10 Floors/, D /10 Floors/, E /10 Floors/. Total Number Of Independent Objects - 202. Each Of The Residential Entrances Has A Basement In Which The Storage Rooms And Subscriber Stations Are Located. The Residential Building Was Built Using The Package-Raised Slab Method With Reinforced Concrete Columns And Brick Facade Walls With A Thickness Of 25 Cm. The Roof Is Flat, With An Uninhabitable Under-Roof Space. Each Entrance Has A Separate Stairwell And Elevator - One Or Two For The Different Entrances. The Current State Of The Building - Class C.
