The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Appointment Of An Engineering Contractor (Design, Construction And Author Supervision) For The Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures In Block 5, Druzhba Quarter, Sliven, Which Has Been Approved By The Ministry Of Regional Development For Financing Under The Sub-Measure Support For Sustainable Energy Renovation Of Multi-Family Residential Buildings, Including Addressing Energy Poverty Under The Regional Development 2021-2027 Program. The Procedure Stipulates That The Intensity Of The Grant Is 100% Of The Eligible Costs. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Procedure Is Aimed At Sustainable Energy Renovation Of A Multi-Family Residential Building - Block 5, Druzhba Quarter, Town Of Sliven. The Multi-Family Residential Building Was Built According To The Epzb Structural System - Frameless Panel Multi-Storey, Consisting Of Four Type Sections (Section 222) With Separate Entrances And Separated By A Joint. Each Section Is Composed Of A Semi-Underground Floor (Basement) And Eight Typical Residential Floors With 3 Apartments Per Floor Or A Total Of 96 Units. Independent Objects, 4 Pcs. Stairwells, Naturally Lit, That Serve The Eight Above-Ground And Semi-Underground Floors In Each Entrance. The Joint Between The Sections Is 9-10 Cm In Size.
