The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Designation Of An Engineering Contractor (Design, Construction And Author Supervision) For The Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures In Block 23, Balgarka Quarter, City Of Sliven, Which Has Been Approved By The Ministry Of Regional Development For Financing Under The Sub-Measure Support For Sustainable Energy Renovation Of Multi-Family Residential Buildings, Including Addressing Energy Poverty Under The Regional Development 2021-2027 Program. The Procedure Stipulates That The Intensity Of The Grant Is 100% Of The Eligible Costs. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Procedure Is Aimed At Sustainable Energy Renovation Of A Multi-Family Residential Building - Block 23 In Balgarka Quarter, Town Of Sliven. The Building Is Intended Entirely For Residential Purposes. Total Number Of Independent Sites - 63. It Was Put Into Operation In 1975. The Building Was Built According To The Epk Structural System - Large-Area Formwork. The Walls Are Reinforced Concrete And Brick, With Concrete Parapets. The Building Has One Block Section, With Twelve Residential Floors, Ground Floor, Unheated Basement, No Attics. The Main Roof Of The Building Is Of The Cold Type, Consisting Of Ceiling And Roof Slabs. The Attic Space Is Unusable. Another Type Of Roof Is A Flat Warm One Made Of Assimilated Terraces. Drainage Is Internal, By Means Of Funnels And Downpipes. The Joinery On The Facades Is Partially Mixed. Part Of It Has Been Replaced With Pvc With Glass. The Rest Of The Joinery Is Wooden And Single-Story, Metal With Single-Glazed Windows And Metal Doors In Poor Condition. The Building Has Two Types Of Floor Constructions: A Floor Above An Unheated Basement And A Floor To The Outside Air From Assimilated Terraces. There Is No Central Heating Installation In The Building. The Heating In The Apartments Is Individually Decided - Electrical Appliances, Air Conditioners And Solid Fuel Stoves. The Current State Of The Building - Class D. Anticipated Energy-Saving Measures: 1. Thermal Insulation Of External Walls 2. Thermal Insulation Of A Roof 3. Thermal Insulation Of The Floor 4. Replacement Of Windows 5. Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures In Common Areas. All Activities Included In The Scope Of The Order Are Detailed In The Attached Technical Specification.
