The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Appointment Of An Engineering Contractor (Design, Construction And Author Supervision) For The Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures In Block 28, Balgarka Quarter, City Of Sliven, Which Has Been Approved By The Ministry Of Regional Development For Financing Under The Sub-Measure Support For Sustainable Energy Renovation Of Multi-Family Residential Buildings, Including Addressing Energy Poverty Under The Regional Development 2021-2027 Program. The Procedure Stipulates That The Intensity Of The Grant Is 100% Of The Eligible Costs. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Procedure Is Aimed At Sustainable Energy Renovation Of A Multi-Family Residential Building - Block 28 In Balgarka Quarter, Town Of Sliven. The Building Has No Basement And Consists Of A Ground Floor With Shops, Five Cellars And A Subscriber Station, A Second Floor With Cellars And Twelve Residential Floors. The Building Has One Residential Entrance And Separate Entrances For The Shops. Structurally, It Consists Of Reinforced Concrete Slabs, Beams And Columns. The External Enclosing Walls Are Made Of Brickwork With A Thickness Of 25 Cm, With External And Internal Plasters. Additional Thermal Insulation Has Been Laid On Part Of The External Walls With New Facade Plaster. The Roof Is Flat. Total Number Of Independent Objects - 65.
