Fulfilling The Functions Of A Safety And Health Coordinator At The Construction Stage, According To The Requirements Of Art. 5, Para. 3 Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work During Construction And Assembly Works; Assessment Of Compliance With The Basic Requirements For Constructions According To Art. 142, Para. 5 And Para. 6, Item 2, In Connection With Art. 142, Para. 4 Of The Zut In The Cases Of Changes Under Art. 154, Para 5 Of The Technical Design Of Construction; Preparation Of The Technical Passport For The Construction According To Art. 176A And 176B Of Zut And Ordinance No. 5 Of 2006 On Drawing Up Technical Passports Of Constructions; Preparation Of The Final Report On The Construction, According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut, For Putting The Object Into Operation, Including The Technical Passport And Its Annexes, According To Ordinance No. 5 Of 2006 On The Technical Passports Of Constructions. Exercise Of Investor Control The Service Includes The Exercise Of Investor Control During The Entire Construction Process, Including: Control And Verification Of The Actual Quantities, Quality And Conformity Of The Construction And Assembly Works Performed And The Materials Used; Control Of The Implementation Of The Smp Activities According To The Proposed Terms; Preparation Of A Report For Each Request For Payment By The Cmr Contractor; Preparation Of A Final Report On Investor Control Exercised After Completion Of Construction And Commissioning Of The Site.
