The Subject Of The Present Public Procurement Evaluation Of The Compliance Of An Investment Project And Implementation Of Construction Supervision For A Site: Major Repair Of Streets Hristo Popmarkov From O.T.162 To O.T. 23, Akademik Zhelyazkov Street From Point 22 To Point 23 And Mikhail Shomov Street From Point 4002 To O.T. 106 Includes The Following Activities: Activity 1: Evaluation Of The Compliance Of The Investment Project, According To The Requirements Of The Zut And Prepared A Comprehensive Report For The Evaluation Of The Compliance Of The Investment Project With The Essential Requirements For The Constructions, In All Parts Of The Technical Project. Activity 2: Carrying Out Construction Supervision During Construction On All Types Of Cmr That Are Performed On The Site, In Accordance With The Legal Powers And Obligations Of The Contractor As A Person Exercising Construction Supervision Of Construction. A Full Description Of The Planned Activities Is Presented In The Technical Specification And The Documentation For Participation In The Public Procurement. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are According To: The Draft Contract; The Technical Specification; The Contractors Technical And Price Proposal.
