The Subject Of This Order Is The Supply Of 6 (Six) New Underground Containers For Household Waste With A Pedal Opening Mechanism And A Container (Bag) With A Volume Of 3 M³ And The Accompanying Warranty Maintenance Services, Within The Warranty Period Proposed By The Participant In Compliance With The Described Minimum Technical Parameters. Container Installation Activities Are The Responsibility Of The Employer And Are Not Included In The Scope Of The Contractors Obligations. As Of The Date Of The Announcement Of The Public Procurement, No Funding Has Been Secured, So The Contract Will Be Concluded Under A Condition Within The Meaning Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code. When Submitting The Offer, The Participant Provides A Sample - One Underground Household Waste Container With A Pedal Opening Mechanism And A Container (Sack) With A Volume Of 3 M³. The Sample Is Submitted To The Address: City Of Karnobat, Pso-Karnobat, By The Deadline For Submission Of Offers Specified In The Public Procurement Announcement And By The Time Set For The End Of The Employers Working Day - 5:30 P.M.
