The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Medicinal Products. The Types Of Medicinal Products That Are Subject To This Procedure, As Well As Their Estimated Quantities, Are Indicated In The Technical Specification, Which Is Technical Annex No. 1 To The Invitation To Participate And An Integral Part Of It. Due To Their Estimated Nature, The Specified Quantities Do Not Represent Either A Minimum Or A Maximum Total Quantity That The Contracting Authority Will Request For Delivery During The Period Of Execution Of The Relevant Contract. When Executing The Concluded Contracts For The Supply Of Medicinal Products, The Contracting Authority Will Declare Such Quantities Of Products As It Needs In View Of The Volume And Nature Of The Activity It Carries Out. The Term For The Execution Of The Order Is 12 (Twelve) Months, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract For Its Award. The Procedure Is Conducted In Accordance With The Applicable Sections Of Documentation For Participation In Public Procurement: Dynamic System For Purchases With Subject: Delivery Of Medicinal Products, Approved By Decision No. F816499 / 27.02.2026. Of The Contracting Authority, Published In The Rop Of The Aop Under No. T561509. The Awarding Of The Order (Selection Of A Contractor) Is Carried Out On The Basis Of The Criteria Under Art. 70, Para. 2, Item 1 Of The Ppa - Lowest Price, As Lowest Price Means The Lowest Offered Value For The Execution Of The Order According To The Relevant Nomenclature In Euros Without Incl. Vat (Calculated As The Product Of The Estimated Quantity Determined By The Contracting Authority And The Unit Price Proposed By The Applicant).
