The Assignment Concerns Carrying Out The Annual National Monitoring Of The Cancer Population Survey (Bvok) Based On Established Indicators And In Accordance With Previously Released Annual Reports. As Part Of Its Management Task, Rivm Is Responsible For Monitoring And Evaluating The Population Surveys. In This Context, National Monitors Are Drawn Up Annually To Monitor The Quality And Accessibility Of These Population Surveys, To Identify Bottlenecks (In The Healthcare Chain), To Make Adjustments, But Also To Provide Accountability To The Client, Vws And The Chain Partners. This Is Also The Target Group For The Monitor. The Work With The Current Supplier Will End On December 31, 2026. A New Agreement For The Monitoring Of The Cancer Population Surveys (Bvok) Must Be Put Out To Tender By The Contracting Authority. The Implementation Of Monitoring Of The Bvok Is One Assignment With The End Result Being Six Uniform Sub-Products, Namely Three Monitors. 1. Monitor For Breast Cancer Screening, Both In Dutch And English. 2. Monitor For Population Screening For Cervical Cancer, In Both Dutch And English. 3. Monitor For Population Screening For Colon Cancer, In Both Dutch And English. The Purpose Of This European Tender Is To Conclude A Service Agreement With One Contractor For The Monitoring Of The Bvok. The Intended Effective Date Of The Agreement To Be Concluded Is January 1, 2027. The Contracting Authority Wishes To Conclude An Agreement With The Contractor For An Initial Period Of Four (4) Years, With An Additional Two (2) Times An Option To Extend One (1) Year.
