The Directorate General For The Management Of Rural Area Transition (Rtlg) Is Looking For One Expert Contract Party To Carry Out Learning Monitoring Of The Additional National Deployment Of Areas. The Extra Government Commitment Is An Implementation Approach With The Aim Of Strengthening And Accelerating The Implementation Of Measures For Policy Objectives In Areas That Deal With Multi-Layered Tasks Such As Nitrogen-Sensitive Nature, Water Quality, Biodiversity Restoration And Climate Change. The Purpose Of This Assignment Is Twofold: • Design And Implement A Learning Monitoring Of The Additional Government Deployment In And Between The Areas. • Discussing And Making Available Insights And Lessons Arising From Monitoring. Rtlg Aims To Use The Insights And Learning Experiences Gained To Adjust And Further Develop The Additional Government Deployment. The Maximum Order Value Is €438,000 Excluding Vat. This Includes Two Phases: Phase A And Phase B, Which Have A Maximum Value Of € 175,200 And € 262,800 Excluding Vat Respectively.
