The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement Within The Meaning Of § 131 Et Seq. Of The Law. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 4 Years, Or Until The Financial Limit Of Czk 20,000,000 Excluding Vat Is Exhausted, Whichever Occurs First (Hereinafter Referred To As The Framework Agreement). The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded Between The Above-Mentioned Contracting Authority And Up To Three Participants In The Procurement Procedure, Namely With The Participants Who Are Ranked First To Third After The Evaluation. Individual Public Contracts Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of A Framework Agreement In A Procedure Without The Renewal Of Competition Between The Participants Of The Framework Agreement According To § 134 Paragraph 1 Of The Act. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Section 132, Paragraph 4 Of The Act, All Conditions For The Performance Of A Public Contract (I.E. Including The Procedure For Awarding Individual Public Contracts On The Basis Of A Framework Agreement) Are Contained In The Framework Agreement, The Binding Content Of Which Is Annex No. 1 Of The Procurement Documentation - Draft Framework Agreement. The Subject Of The Implementation Of The Framework Agreement Is The Providers Commitment To Provide Professional, Consulting, Architectural, Development And Implementation Services In The Field Of Cloud/Hybrid Solutions Using, Among Other Things, Artificial Intelligence On The Microsoft Azure Platform. Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement Within The Meaning Of § 131 Et Seq. Zzvz Will Allow The Contracting Authority To Award Public Contracts For Agreed Performance According To Its Current Needs. A More Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of The Public Contract, Including Technical Conditions, Is Given In The Draft Framework Agreement, Which Forms Annex No. 1 Of The Procurement Documentation.
