Engineering Services – Open House Procedure For Carrying Out Energy Consultations As Part Of The Energy Consulting Funding Project From Haus Und Grund Schleswig-Holstein E.V.. A) Type Of Service: Energy Advice For Property Owners In Schleswig-Holstein Including Issuing A Room-By-Room Heating Load Calculation. B) Scope Of The Service: The Service Includes On-Site Energy Advice And, In Principle, The Issuing Of A Room-By-Room Heating Load Calculation Following The Consultation. Single- And Two-Family Homes, As Well As Multi-Family Homes, Are Advised. C) Execution Period: The Execution Period Is Between June And October 2026. The Individual Energy Consultations Are Based On The Respective Individual Request In Accordance With The Framework Agreement. The Individual Call Regularly Begins With The Start Of The Consultation After Successful Placement And Ends Regularly With The Transmission Of The Consultation Protocol And Results Along With A Room-By-Room Heating Load Calculation. The Consultant Must Be Available For Questions (Debriefing) After The Consultation Results Have Been Transmitted.
