Real-Time Passenger Information System – Dynamic Travel Information Systems (Dris) Limburg 2. The Assignment Includes The Realization, Installation, Management And Maintenance Of Dynamic Travel Information Systems (Dris) At Selected Bus Stations And Stops In Limburg, Including Moving And Removing Them On Request. The Term Is 11 Years, With An Option To Extend Three Times Of One Year. Based On The Unit Prices Quoted, Additional Displays Can Be Added During The Term. Limburg Municipalities Can Purchase Additional Displays Via The Province For A Personal Contribution; The Province Itself Can Also Order Additional Displays Later. Because This Additional Decrease Has Not Yet Been Determined, It Has Been Included In Revision Clauses. In All Cases, Invoicing Is Done Via The Province Of Limburg As Client. The New Dris Must Be Operational For The Locations In Appendix D No Later Than July 1, 2027, After Which The 10-Year Management Period Will Commence As Soon As The Sat Of All Displays Has Been Accepted By The Client. If Placement At Certain Locations Takes Place Later At The Request Of The Client Due To Planned Work, The Deadline Of July 1, 2027 Does Not Apply To Those Locations And They Do Not Count Towards The Start Date Of The Management Period; However, Their Management Period Ends At The Same Time As That Of The Regularly Installed Displays. For The Larger Displays (Od, Iv And Hd) It Is Possible To Reuse The Existing Housing Including Energy Connection. When Reused, All Housings And Masts Must Be Taken Over As Indicated In The Dris Stop List (Appendix D), Whereby Specific Requirements Apply From The Program Of Requirements. The Consideration And Risk Of Adopting Parts Of The Current Dris Lie Entirely With The Tenderer. The Basic Assignment (Basic Package) Concerns The Realization, Installation, Operational Delivery, Management And Maintenance Of The Displays From The Stop List (Appendix D), As Well As Their Removal And Disposal At The End Of The Term. This Basic Assignment Is Determined Immediately Upon Award On The Basis Of The Unit Prices From The Price Sheet (Appendix 3). Further Elaboration Of The Requirements Is Included In Appendix 1 (Program Of Requirements); Appendix D Specifies Which Dris Types Must Be Installed Per Stop.
