Interpretation Services – Ea Language Support - 2026. The Assignment Concerns The Provision Of Language Support, Or The Oral Transmission Of Spoken Messages From One Language To Another Language, In The Language Combinations: Dutch-Ukrainian And Ukrainian-Dutch; English-Ukrainian And Ukrainian-English; To Support Activities Arising From The Conflict In Ukraine For The Operational Tokin Deployment (Oti). A Distinction Is Made Between The Following Types Of Language Support: Physical Assignment Language Support On Location Where There Is No Question Of Staying Overnight At The Request Of The Contracting Authority. Non-Physical Assignment Remote Language Support Using One Or More Telephone And/Or Data Lines Or Video Connection. Combination Assignment Language Support Involving A Combination Of: Language Support On Location, Which Does Not Involve Staying Overnight At The Request Of Defense; Remote Language Support, Using One Or More Telephone And/Or Data Lines Or Video Connection. Project Assignment Language Support For More Than One Calendar Day Whereby The Language Support Assistant Is Required To Stay Overnight And Must Be Available For Language Support All Day During The Deployment Period (Both Physically And Remotely Using One Or More Telephone And/Or Data Lines Or Video Connection). Outside The Scope Of The Present Assignment Is: Language Support In Language Combinations Other Than Those Included In The Tender Documents. All Translation/Interpretation Activities That Are Not Described In The Tender Documents, Including (Not Exhaustive): Interrogation Interpreters; Interception Interpreters; Simultaneous/Conference Interpreting; Sign Language Interpreters; Whispered Interpreters; Writing Interpreters; Oral Translation Of A Written Text (Interpreters A Vue); Written Translations.
