Architectural Services For Buildings – Project Management Contract For The Modernization Of The Premises Of The Atabal Contemporary Music Center. The Project Management Mission (Basic Mission Without Exe + Additional Missions (Including Diagnostic Mission)) Concerns The Project Of Modernization, Reorganization And Renovation Of The Current Music Room Of The Atabal In Biarritz. The Project Includes An Energy And Environmental Renovation Of The Building As Well As The Installation Of A Photovoltaic Power Plant On The Roof. Located In The Iraty Industrial Zone At The Entrance To Biarritz And Near The Skate Park, The Building, Designed By Maïté Rumeau And Built In 2005, Covers Approximately 1,500 M². This Mainly Involves Expanding The Capacity Of The Concert Hall To 1,200 Spectators (700 To Date), Adding Music Rehearsal Studios, Reorganizing Certain Premises To Create A Hall For 300 Spectators, And Improving The Environmental Performance (Energy And Water) Of The Building, Without Deteriorating The Existing Acoustic Quality. For The Design And Monitoring Of The Implementation Of This Operation, It Is Planned To Award A Project Management Contract With A Team Of Architects And Design Offices.
