Engineering Services – Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Project Management For Network Infrastructure Operations And Works (Sanitation, Rainwater And Drinking Water Networks) In The Val D’Europe Agglomeration Territory. The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Provide Project Management Services For Network Infrastructure Operations And Works (Sanitation, Rainwater And Drinking Water Networks) In The Territory Of Val Deurope Agglomération. Project Management Missions Concern Missions Relating To Work On Networks And Connections (Rainwater, Wastewater And Potable), In Particular The Creation, Rehabilitation And Reinforcement Of Pipes Of All Diameters, All Types Using Open Trench Or Trenchless Work Techniques, Including Network Accessories And Hydraulic Works. The Framework Agreement Also Includes Work On Operations Relating To Storage Structures And Other Accessories (Discharge Stations, Recovery Station, Etc.). The Services May Include Rework Or Modeling Studies If They Are Necessary For The Realization Of The Designs. The Services Include Preliminary Field Scouting Visits (Simple Visual Observation And/Or Understanding Of Operation) But Exclude Measurement Campaigns, Topographical Surveys, Etc. (Integrated Into The Assistance Services For Additional Missions).
