The Subject Of Procurement Includes The Performance Of Works On The Energy Renovation Of Three Public Buildings Of The Ugljan Psychiatric Hospital, Namely: Wards 5 And 11, Wards 1 And 9 And Wards 6 And 4, All At Ulica Otočkih Dragovoljaca 42, Ugljan (Preko Municipality) Under The Turnkey System. The Energy Renovation Of Each Individual Building Will Include The Architectural Map: Structural (Thermal) Renovation Of The Exterior Walls, Floor To Ground, Ceiling To Unheated Attic, And Replacement Of The Buildings Exterior Carpentry. In Addition To Thermal Rehabilitation, The Architectural Map Will Also Include The Rehabilitation Of Existing Water And Sewage Installations In Order To Replace Worn-Out Pipes, Installation Of Elevators, Replacement Of Floor Finishes, Adjustment Of Internal Carpentry, Accompanying Construction Works After The Execution Of Electrical And Mechanical Installations (Rehabilitation Of Walls And Lowering Of Ceilings) And Replacement Of Salonit Asbestos Panels With Tin Covering. As Part Of The Engineering Project Of Thermotechnical Installations, It Is Necessary To Foresee The Dismantling Of The Existing Radiators With The Associated Piping Inside The Building, The Installation Of High-Efficiency Air-Water Heat Pumps For The Heating And Cooling Of The Building, And The Preparation Of Domestic Hot Water. In Addition To Heat Pumps For The Preparation Of Domestic Hot Water, It Is Planned To Install Plate Solar Collectors. In Addition To New Sources Of Energy, It Is Necessary To Foresee The Complete Accompanying Equipment For The Functionality Of The System, Which Must Be Placed In The Engine Room Area. Cassette Fan Convectors Should Be Installed As Heating/Cooling Units For The Heating/Cooling Needs Of The Building. The Map Of The Electrotechnical Project Will Include The Modernization Of General And Safety Lighting, The Reconstruction Of The Lightning Protection System, Grounding And Potential Equalization, As Well As Electrical Installation Along With Thermotechnics. Due To The Requirements Of The New Thermotechnical System, The Reconstruction Of The Main Distribution And Distributor Will Be Included. The Project Also Includes Electrical Installation Of Power And Sockets, Lan Network And Telephony, Antenna System And Accompanying Electrical Installation For Other Systems That Are Planned Inside The Building. The Facility Is Also Planned To Implement A System For Remote Reading Of Energy And Water Consumption. The Main Task Of The Remote Reading System Is The Automation Of The Reading Of Energy And Water Consumption And The Entry Of Said Data Into The National Information System For Energy Management (Isge).
