Personnel And Payroll Services – Framework Agreement On Temporary Assignment Of Labor Agency Employees. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Services For The Provision Of Temporarily Assigned Employees (Hereinafter Referred To As Dpz) Who Will Perform Work For The Contracting Authority In Prague. Dpz Will Be Provided In The Form Of Temporary Assignment To Perform Work In Accordance With Section 307A Et Seq. Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Labor Code, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The Labor Code), When Dpz Will Be Employed By The Supplier On The Basis Of An Employment Contract Or Agreement On Work Activities, But Will Perform The Work For The Principal (Hereinafter Also Services). Other Requirements Of The Contracting Authority For The Performance Of The Public Contract Are Set Out In The Binding Draft Of The Framework Agreement (Annex No. 1 Of The Procurement Documentation). The Contracting Authority Informs The Supplier That It Will Mainly Be Dpz For The Following And Similar Job Positions: Documenter, Personnel Support, It Specialists, Etc. The Description Of The Job Positions And Their Specification Is Appendix No. 9, It Will Be Made Available Based On The Request And Signature Of Appendix No. 10.
