Artistic Services – Supply Of Av Content And Hw For The Exhibition Guardians Of Prague In The Underground Of The Old Town Hall Part 1: Supply Of Av Content. The Purpose Of This Procurement Procedure Is To Conclude A Contract For The Production And Supply Of Audiovisual (Hereinafter Referred To As Av) Content For The Exhibition Of The Guardians Of Prague In The Underground Of The Old Town Hall. The Clients Intention Is To Create An Exhibition That Honors The Value Of The Place And Underlines The History Of The Old Town Hall As A Millennial Center Of Czech History. The Basic Motive Of The Entire Performance Is Authenticity; Av Content Must Ensure Historical Accuracy And Faithfully Convey The Context Of Events That Actually Took Place In The Bowels Of City Hall. The Goal Is To Supplement Historical Spaces With Non-Invasive Elements Of Modern Technologies That Convey Specific Historical Messages In An Understandable And Attractive Form, While The Underground Itself Remains The Central Exhibit. This Procurement Documentation Regulates In Accordance With § 18 Paragraph 1 Letter A) Zzvz Separately The Conditions For Awarding Part 1 Of The Public Contract. Part 2 Of The Public Contract Will Be Awarded In A Separate Procurement Procedure, Which The Contracting Authority Expects To Start In The 2Nd Quarter Of 2027. The Subject Of Part 1 Of The Public Contract Is The Production And Supply Of Audiovisual Content. The Subject Of Part 2 Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of Hardware. The Subject Of Performance Of Part 1 Of The Public Contract Supply Of Av Content Is Services Consisting In Ensuring The Production And Delivery Of Av Content For The Exhibition Of The Guardians Of Prague In The Underground Of The Old Town Hall (Hereinafter Referred To As The Exhibition). The Subject Of Performance Includes The Following Outputs And Activities: A) Production And Delivery Of Av Content Design For The Exhibition In The Form Of Production Storyboards Of All Stories, Visual Demonstrations Of The Processing Of Individual Stories Using One Static Shot Of Each Of Them, Animation Demonstrations On Four (4) Selected Stories, Each Lasting At Least Thirty (30) Seconds, Provision Of Licenses For These Outputs; B) Production And Delivery Of Animations Of All Stories, Demos Of The Final Animation In The Agreed Visual Style Of All Stories With A Duration Of At Least Thirty (30) Seconds And Audio Demos Of Five (5) Stories With A Duration Of Sixty (60) Seconds, Providing Licenses For These Outputs; C) Production And Delivery Of Final Av Content For The Exhibition According To Specifications Based On Pre-Approved Production Storyboards, Visual Styles, Animations And Sound, Provision Of A License For These Outputs; D) Provision Of Cooperation In The Uploading And Operation Of The Final Av Content Within The Scope Of The Clients Av Technology At The Place Of Performance And Its Testing And Adaptation, Provision Of Licenses For The Av Content. The Subject Of The Performance Is Also The Provision Of Cooperation And Close Cooperation With The Author Of The Project Documentation Of The Exhibition, With The Supplier Of Av Technology And Other Hardware, And Also With The Contractor Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Place Of Performance For The Purposes Of The Exhibition. The Obligation To Cooperate And Provide Cooperation Are Included In The Price For The Realization Of The Subject Of Performance.
