The Project Includes The Redesign Of The Enge Harbor Promenade (Approx. 9000 M2) And The Renovation Of The Historic Honeycomb Garden (Approx. 6500 M2) In The Southern Part Of The Harbor Promenade. The Existing Factory Pipes Must Be Renewed And Supplemented Throughout The Entire Construction Perimeter. A Kiosk Building, A Seawater Pumping Station And A Transformer Station Are Being Built By Third Parties. The Construction Period Is 3 Years. The Subject Of This Tender Is Primarily The Following Work: Construction Site Setup, Demolitions/Dismantling, Clearing, Removal Of The Existing Natural Stone Paving, Excavation And Disposal Of Contaminated Topsoil And Excavated Material (Approx. 10,000 M3), Earthworks, Tree Pit Substrate (Approx. 3,100 M3), Digging And Factory Line Work For Electrical Supply, Fresh Water And Drainage (Approx. 3,000 M3), Sprouting (Approx. 3,200 M3). M2), Installation Of Edge Terminations, Foundation Layers, Gravel Surfaces (Approx. 3800M2), Asphalt Partly. Manual Installation (Approx. 360 Tons), Natural Stone Paving (Approx. 2700 M2) And Coverings (Approx. 1100 M2), Natural Stone Seating Steps (Approx. 200 Linear Meters), Master Builder Work, Installation Of Foundations For Lighting Poles, Fences And Equipment, Planting Work (Approx. 3600 M2).
