Manufactured No Earlier Than 6 Months Before The Date Of Delivery And Not In Use, Identical (Same Type, Length, Constructed In The Same Way, According To The Same Technical Documentation, By The Same Manufacturer) Single-Section Low-Floor Buses, With Documents Constituting The Basis For Vehicle Registration And Valid On The Date Of Delivery Of A Given Batch Of Vehicles, Meeting The Requirements Specified In Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 502, As Amended), Ready For Operation, I.E. Primarily Adapted To Transport Passengers In Public Transport, Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Regarding The Parameters Of Buses, Specified In Annex No. 12A To The Swz And With The Description Relating To For On-Board Systems, Specified In Annex No. 12B To Swz; 2) Delivery Of 10 Pieces (Basic Order - Guaranteed) Of Two-Station Plug-In Chargers With A Telemetry System, Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specified In Annex No. 12C To The Swz, Together With Their Assembly, Commissioning And Acceptance Procedure By The Office Of Technical Inspection; 3) Supply Of Workshop Equipment (Basic Order - Guaranteed) Worth Pln 300,000.00 Net, Including All Necessary Specialist Tools For Current Repairs, Technical Services And Diagnostics (Together With The Necessary Licenses And Software In The Case Of It Systems For A Period Of 10 Years) For The Vehicles Listed In Point 1) Above. The List Of Tools Will Be Prepared In Consultation With The Ordering Party After Signing The Contract, And The Tools Will Be Delivered No Later Than The Date Of Delivery Of The First Bus; 4) Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees By The Contractor In The Scope And According To The Principles Set Out In §2 Section 2 Of The Draft Agreement (Annex No. 11 To The Swz); 5) Submission By The Contractor Of: A) Manuals For Operation And Repair Of Vehicles, B) Catalog Of Spare Parts For Vehicles, C) Specifications Of The Main Assemblies, Devices And Systems Of Buses, D) Specifications Of Software Supporting Devices Or Systems Of Operating Equipment Of Buses, E) Software With Licenses In An Amount Allowing For Free Use Of All Functionalities Of Buses, In The Form, Quantities And Dates Indicated In §2 Section 3 Of The Draft Agreement (Annex No. 11 To The Swz); 6) Handing Over, Together With The Chargers: A) Technical And Operational Documentation (Dtr)/Operating Manual Containing Information On: Operation, Maintenance, Possible Consumables, All Documents Required By The Office Of Technical Inspection To Accept The Charger, B) Ce Declaration Of Conformity, C) Warranty Book/Card - 1 Copy In Paper Version And 1 Copy In Electronic Version
