Forestry Services – Development Of The Forest Economic Outline Lho Jihlava For The Period 2028 - 2037. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Preparation Of Forest Management Guidelines (Lho) In The Sense Of § 25 Of Act No. 289/1995 Coll., On Forests And On The Amendment And Addition Of Certain Laws (Forest Act), As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The Forest Act). The Lho Will Be Further Processed In Accordance With Decree Of The Ministry Of Agriculture Of The Czech Republic No. 84/1996 Coll., On Forest Management Planning And The Applicable Methodology Of The Ministry Of Agriculture Of The Czech Republic In Compliance With Of The Forest Management Information Standard And According To Other Legally Binding Regulations Related To The Subject Of The Work. Lho Will Be Processed For All Legal Entities And Individuals Who Own A Forest With An Area Of Up To 50 Ha, With The Exception Of Those Who, According To § 24 Paragraph 3 Of The Forestry Act, Will Process The Forest Management Plan For The Administrative District Jihlava. Lho Will Be Processed For The Period 1/1/2028 To 31/12/2037.
