The Quantity Of The Subject Of Performance In Individual Items Listed In Annex No. 8 Of The Tender Conditions – Item Price List Is An Indicative Quantity, Or Assumed. The Contracting Authority Is Entitled To Determine The Specific Quantity And Time Of Fulfillment Of Individual Partial Deliveries According To Its Immediate Or Current Needs With Regard To The Composition Of Patients, Without Penalty Or Other Penalty On The Part Of The Selected Supplier.
