The Aim Is To Ensure A Stable, Powerful And Sustainable Cross-Location Data Network As Part Of A Managed Service Model. A New Contractor Should Be Commissioned To Take Over The Services On Time And Ensure The Long-Term Operation Of The Mpls Wan Infrastructure. The Start Of Services Is April 1St, 2027 With A Basic Contractual Term Of 36 Months. Unless The Contract Is Terminated In Writing By One Of The Contracting Parties With 3 Months Notice To The End Of The Respective Contract Term, The Basic Term Is Automatically Extended By A Further 12 Months.
