The Client, The Catholic Free School Foundation Of The Diocese Of Rottenburg-Stuttgart, Intends To Expand The Existing St. Wolfgang School Center At The Reutlingen Location To Include An All-Day Building. The Building Permit For The Construction Project Has Already Been Obtained, So That Service Phases 1-4 Have Already Been Completed. The Funding Application For The “Vwv Investment Program For All-Day Expansion” Has Already Been Submitted. The Funding Decision Is Expected In The Course Of Q2/2026. This Means That The Builder Is Obliged To Carry Out The Construction Project As A Public Builder In Accordance With Section 99 Gwb. The Construction Work Is Awarded Individually On A Trade-By-Trade Basis. It Is Therefore Imperative For Everyone Involved To Implement The Resulting Framework Conditions In A Legally Compliant Manner In Order Not To Endanger The Funding. In Addition, The Main Objective Is A Building That Is Economically Optimized In Planning, Construction And Operation And That Meets The Clients Requirements In Terms Of The Architectural And Functional Implementation Of The Spatial Program And Economic Efficiency (Construction, Operation, Practicality And Maintenance, Sustainability And Innovative Building Technology). The Order Is Carried Out In Accordance With §§ 53 Ff. Hoai And Includes Service Phases 5-8 In Accordance With § 55 Hoai As Well As, If Necessary, Special Services For System Groups 1, 2, 3 And 8. The Order Is Placed In Stages. Level 1 (Service Phases 5-7) Is Commissioned Directly.
