Roździeńskiego 14 In Katowice (The Land Development Project Includes A Multi-Story Garage Building, The Construction Permit Of Which Will Be Subject To A Separate Procedure) And All Opinions, Arrangements And Other Decisions Obtained During Design Work, Which Documents Together With The Contract Should Be Considered Together. 4) Order Completion Date: Up To 25 Months From The Date Of The Official Handover Of The Construction Site. The Planned Date Of Handing Over The Construction Site Is January 2027. The Date Of Handing Over The Construction Site Depends On The Vacancy Of The Former Canteen Of The University Of Silesia In Katowice By The Current Tenant Of The Facility. 5) The Contractor Will Provide: A Minimum 60-Month Warranty For The Construction Works Performed.
