The Entire Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of The Following Elements: 1) Design Documentation, Including: A) Development Of An Executive Design, B) Development Of As-Built Documentation, Including As-Built Geodetic Documentation, 2) And Works In The Scope Of: A) Surface And Subgrade, B) Railway Traffic Control Devices (Srk), C) Telecommunications Devices And Systems, D) Traction Network With Power Supply, E) Electrical Power Equipment And Systems Up To 1 Kv, F) Engineering Structures, G) Platforms And Cubature Structures, H) Passages And Crossings, I) Geology. 3) Works Involving The Construction Of Facilities For Environmental Protection. 4) Carrying Out The Process Of Assessing The Conformity Of Structural Subsystems Within The Scope Of The Order At Each Stage (Design, Construction And Final Tests Of The Subsystem) And Submitting The Appropriate Ec Verification Declarations And Ec Verification Certificates For The Subsystems, And The Interface Option, Which Means The Ordering Partys Optional Right To Entrust, On The Terms Described In Annex No. 15 To The Agreement Expected Changes In The Scope Of Interfaces - Interface Option, The Implementation Of Changes In Railway Traffic Control Devices In The Scope Of Interfaces Under The Conditions Specified In Point No. 3.7.8.2.13 Pfu Entitled: Requirements For Railway Control Devices Enabling Their Connection With Other Railway Control Devices/Systems - Interfaces. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Volume Iii Of The Swz. 2. Order Implementation Period: 1) Basic Scope - 27 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract In Accordance With § 4 Of The Conditions Of The Contract, Contained In Volume Ii Swz, Including: 1. Completion Of All Works (Subject To The Point Below), Confirmed By The Last Final Acceptance By The Ordering Party, Including Providing The Ordering Party With Complete As-Built Documentation And Providing The Ordering Party With A Set Of Documents Related To The Certification Process, - 27 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement, 2. Providing The Ordering Party With Permits For Putting Structural Subsystems Into Operation, In Accordance With The Railway Transport Act - No Longer Than Within 8 Months From The Date The Ordering Party Has Made The Last Operational Acceptance 2) Option For The Interface - Not Less Than 6 Months, Provided That The Completion Date Indicated By The Ordering Party Will Not Be Longer Than 4 Years From The Date Of Launch Of The Option For The Interface. The Ordering Party Will Have The Right To Activate The Option For The Interface Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Works And The Warranty Period For The Works, No Later Than Before The Expiry Of The Warranty Period For The Scope Of Works Related To Railway Traffic Control Devices.
