The Framework Agreement Includes Forestry And Line Clearing Connected To Operation And Maintenance Of The Distribution Network In The Dalane Region. The Contract Will Apply For Geographical Areas Within All Four Dalane Municipalities (Eigersund, Bjerkreim, Lund And Sokndal). The Objective Of The Agreement Is To Ensure Stable And Safe Electricity Supply Through Systematic Clearing Of Vegetation Along Power Lines, As Well As Handling Acute Needs For Clearing In The Event Of Errors Or Emergency Situations. Dalane Energi As Is Holding The Competition On Behalf Of Enida As And Dalane Kraft As. The Aim Is To Enter Into Identical Framework Agreements With Both Companies. Enida As Is Subject To The Public Procurement Regulations, Including The Supply Regulations, While Dalane Kraft As Is Not Subject To Equivalent Regulations. Tenders Will Be Evaluated Together, But Separate Contracts Will Be Signed With Each Of The Companies. Due To Different Rules, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Award Contracts To Different Tenderers For Enida As And Dalane Kraft As Respectively.
