Repair And Maintenance Services Of Electrical Machinery, Apparatus And Associated Equipment – ​​Framework Agreement To Ensure Management And Service Of Charging Stations In The Territory Of The Capital City ​​Of Prague Within Parking Areas And Garages Under The Administration Of Tsk - Ii. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As The Framework Agreement Or Rd). The Subject Of The Framework Agreement Is To Ensure The Management And Servicing Of Charging Stations (Ds) Managed By Tsk, Through Which The Public Is Provided With The Charging Service Of Electric Cars. The Subject Of Management And Service Provided By The Selected Supplier Will Be 2 Types Of Ds, Namely Ds Type 1 - Ac (Also Called Slow), And Ds Type 2 - Dc (Also Called Fast). The Ds Will Also Include Payment Terminals (Pt), Which Can Be Integrated Into The Ds Or Stand Alone, Providing Combined Service For Several Dss. Based On The Framework Agreement, The Selected Supplier Will Provide The Following Performance To The Client: • Implementation Of The System, I.E. The Software Tool Of The Selected Supplier, Which Will Provide Functionality, Or Contain The Modules Specified In The Framework Agreement And Its Annexes (System), • Operation Of The System For The Entire Duration Of The Rd, Or Partial Contracts Concluded On Its Basis, As Well As The Implementation Of Development And Modifications Of The System According To The Specific Requirements Of The Client; • Taking Over The Ds/Pt For Administration And Servicing, Including In Particular Connecting The Ds/Pt To The System And Taking Over The Ds/Pt For Servicing, • Carrying Out The Ds/Pt Service In The Form Of Regular Maintenance As Well As Additional Service (On Order), • Electric Car Recharging Service Including Ensuring Recharging, Mediating Payments For Recharging, Collecting Payments For Recharging And Depositing Them Into The Account Specified By The Client,
