Structural Shell Work – Conversion And Expansion Of The Albert Schweitzer School - Here: Shell Work. The Extended Shell Construction Work Includes Approx. 148 M³ Concrete Work With Approx. 82 M³ Foundations, 7 M³ Foundation Slabs And 59 M³ Walls Or Ceilings, As Well As 151 M³ Waterproof Floor Slab And 3 M³ Waterproof Elevator Underpass. Open Dewatering May Be Necessary For The Construction Of The Waterproofing Base Plate And The Foundations. The Lv-Expanded Shell Also Includes Earthworks For Excavation And Backfilling Of Approx. 923.8 M³ As Well As Sealing And Insulation Work. In Addition, Part Of The Expanded Shell Construction Work Includes The Partial Dismantling And Conversion Work (Mainly Masonry) Of The Existing Building.
