The Mission Concerns Project Management (Pm) As Part Of The Creation Of A New Lycée Privé Emile Metz Campus Located At 50 Rue De Beggen In Dommeldange. The Lycée Privé Emile Metz (Lpem) In Dommeldange Is Currently Made Up Of Several Buildings With Different Construction Typologies And Uses. The Existing Campus Is Currently Structured As Follows: Building A Building A Is Classified As National Heritage. It Mainly Accommodates Administrative Premises As Well As Various Classrooms. Buildings B, C And D These Buildings Are Made Of A Post-Beam Structure And Mainly Include Workshops, The School Restaurant With Production Kitchen, As Well As Other Teaching Premises. Buildings E And F These Buildings House The Metallurgical And Electrical Workshops As Well As The Sports Hall. The Wood Carpentry Workshop Is Located In Building F. Objective Of The Project And Development Needs In Order To Adapt The Campus To The Current And Future Evolution Of The Number Of Students, As Well As To Allow The Extension And Modernization Of The Educational Offer, A Global Reorganization Of The Site Is Necessary. Depending On The Buildings Concerned, This Reorganization Will Involve Adaptations, Major Renovations As Well As New Constructions. The First Strategic Discussions Made It Possible To Identify The Following General Measures: Demolition Of Building G Building G Was Demolished In April 2026. At Its Location, It Is Planned To Carry Out, By 2029, An Extension Of The Existing Building Complex. Construction Of Building H The Construction Of A New Building H Is Planned. This Must Bring Together The Following Functions: - Administration; - Classrooms; - Workshops Currently Distributed In Buildings A, B, C, D, E And F; - New Gym. Renovation Of Existing Buildings After The Commissioning Of Building H, It Is Planned To Carry Out: - The Complete Renovation Of Building A, Listed As Heritage; - The Complete Renovation Of Building E. Building F Will Be Analyzed For Possible Demolition. Replacement Of Buildings B, C And D In Order To Complete The New Lpem Campus And Increase Its Reception Capacity, It Is Planned To Replace Buildings B, C And D With New Constructions In The Longer Term. Infrastructure And Exterior Developments In Order To Ensure A Complete And Coherent Approach To The Masterplan, Interventions Relating To Buildings Must Be Considered In Conjunction With Measures Relating To Infrastructure And Exterior Developments. In Particular, It Is Planned: - The Renewal Of The Existing Footbridge Crossing The Alzette, Including Its Adaptation On The Static, Functional And Security Levels With A View To Its Future Use Within The Campus; - The Complete Servicing Of The Entire Lpem Campus, Including All The Technical And Functional Arrangements Required
