As A Regional Umbrella Organization, The Aachen Chamber Of Crafts Represents The Interests Of Its Member Companies At All Levels Of Economic, Political And Social Life. The Aim Of Their Actions Is To Improve The Framework Conditions For Successful Economic Activity Of The Companies And To Increase Their Performance. As A Modern Service Center, The Aachen Chamber Of Crafts Offers Its Member Companies, Among Other Things, An Extensive Range Of Educational Opportunities. She Advises Start-Ups And Companies On All Business, Technical And Legal Issues. It Carries Out Training, Further Education And Training Measures For Apprentices, Company Employees And Company Management. For This Purpose It Maintains Modern Academies And Educational Centers. The Aachen Chamber Of Crafts Intends To Modernize And Strategically Realign The Educational Landscape In The Rhenish Revier At The Current Location Of The Bge Aachen Education Center By Bringing Together Various Locations And Trades In The Aachen Crafts Technology Campus. The Project Includes The Following Sub-Measures: - Core Renovation Of The Existing Building, - New Wooden Construction For The Automotive Sector, - Parking Garage With Shared Mobility Learning Laboratory, - Energy And Sustainability Concept. The Following Investment Costs (Construction / Gross) Are Assumed: - Modernization Of Bge: 49,500,000 Eur, - New Construction Of Workshops: 24,500,000 Eur, - New Construction Of A Parking Garage: 9,500,000 Eur, - Outdoor Facilities: 4,500,000 Eur. Completion Is Expected To Take Place By The End Of 2029. As Things Currently Stand, The Funds Required For This Will Be Raised Primarily Through Grants. The Client Intends To Outsource The Necessary Bim Management Services. The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is Therefore The Awarding Of Bim Management Services Based On Aho Issue 9 Chapter. 6.2 And Booklet 11 For Service Phases 3-8.
