The Subject Of The Contract Is The Repair And Maintenance Of Iveco Brand Vehicles In Accordance With Commission Regulation (Eu) No. 461/2010 On The Application Of Article 101 Par. 3 Of The Treaty On The Functioning Of The European Union On The Categories Of Vertical Agreements And Harmonized Procedures In The Motor Vehicle Sector, Namely A Professionally Qualified Repair Shop That Has The Technical, Professional, Diagnostic And Material Equipment Necessary To Properly Provide The Required Service Services For The Relevant Type Of Vehicle Without Replacement Or With The Replacement Of Spare Parts (Original Spare Parts Or Spare Parts Approved By The Public Contracting Authority) For Motor Vehicles With The Largest Permissible Total Weight Higher Than 3500 Kg Category N1, N2, N3 And Service (Warranty And Post-Warranty) Of These Vehicles, In Terms Of The Categorization Of Vehicles According To Act No. 106/2018 Coll. On The Operation Of Vehicles In Road Traffic And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws As Amended (Hereinafter Service Services). Service Services Relate Mainly To Service Operations Prescribed By The Manufacturer, Replacement And Maintenance Of Regularly Worn Parts, Preparation Of The Vehicle Fleet For Technical Inspection With The Aim Of Successfully Performing Technical And Emission Control. A Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Technical Requirements And Specifications, Forms The Content Of Annex No. 1 To The Contract In Part B.2 Business Conditions For The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Tender Documents.
