In The Munich Subway Network, Milling Work Must Be Carried Out As Part Of Maintenance On 49E1 Vignol Rails, Including All Ancillary Work. These Include: • Reprofiling The Rail Head Profile And Producing The Vignol Rail Profile 49E1 With A Rail Inclination Of 1:40 And R15 • Elimination Of Rail Defects And Removal Of Uneven Surfaces • Documentation Of The Services Provided The Services Must Be Provided By The End Of 2027. In The Contract Year 2027, Approximately 100 Km Of Milling Length In The Munich Subway Network Will Have To Be Milled. The Service Is To Be Provided Over 75 Shifts, With A Shift Duration Of Approximately 8 Hours Per Shift (From 9:00 P.M. To 5:00 A.M.). Since The Requirements For The Milling Strategy Vary Greatly Within The Subway Network, The Respective Milling Areas And The Rail Removal Are Determined By The Client In Coordination With The Contractor Before The Start Of The Service.
