The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is To Restore The Purchasers Acquisition Of User Rights To The Manufacturers Sw In The Microsoft Products And Services Agreement Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Mpsa) According To The Tender Documentation Annex - Appendix No. 6 - Table For Determining The Bid Price For The Purposes Of Evaluating The Public Procurement, (Hereinafter Referred To As The License), While The License Must Enable The Purchaser To Upgrade The Computer Systems Used By Him On The Windows Platform And Obtain License Rights To The Sw, All Through The Mpsa Program. For This Purpose, The Supplier Is Obliged To Ensure The Renewal Of The Existing Multi-License Agreement Mpsa No. 4100066909 - For The Provision Of Usage Rights To Microsoft Products In The Form Of Bulk Licensing For The Next Period From 01/07/2026 To 30/06/2027 Inclusive.
