Railway Engineering Services – Amot Mission To Support Spl Gem Relating To Repairable Rolling Stock Parts As Part Of The Grand Est Railway Competition. This Contract Is For An Amot Support Mission For Spl Gem Relating To Repairable Rolling Stock Parts (Prm) As Part Of The Grand Est Railway Competition. This Involves Supporting The Spl In The Context Of Competitive Bidding For A Market Relating To The Future Railway Prm Service Provider Or The Acquisition Of Prm Stock, In Particular: Assistance In Drawing Up The Technical Requirement, In The Technical Analysis Of The Offers, In The Definition And Sizing Of The Exchange Components, In The Definition Of The Profile And Management Of The Prm, In The Audit And Industrial Expertise, In The Study And Proposal Of A Transfer Method. The List Of Possible Missions Is Specified In The Cctp. The Contract Is A Single-Awarder Framework Agreement Subject To The Provisions Of Articles L. 2125-1, R. 2142-9, R. 2162-1 Et Seq., And Giving Rise To The Conclusion Of Subsequent Contracts Under The Conditions Set Out In Articles R. 2162-7 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code. It Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Of 800,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over The Total Duration Of The Contract. Its Duration Is Three Years Firm, Renewable Twice For A Period Of One Year, For Each Renewal
