Hire Of Passenger Transport Vehicles With Driver – Coach Rental Service With Drivers. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Rental Of Coaches With Drivers, Corresponding To Passenger Transport Services For The Needs Of Various Services In The Municipality Of Saint-Maurice. The Consultation Will Result In The Conclusion Of A Single-Award Framework Agreement Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders, With A Minimum Annual Amount Of €4,000 Excluding Tax And A Maximum Annual Amount Of €60,000 Excluding Tax, I.E. A Minimum Overall Amount Of €16,000 Excluding Tax And A Maximum Overall Amount Of €240,000 Excluding Tax Over A Total Period Of Four (4) Years. The Contract Will Take Effect From December 14, 2026. The Contract Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of 12 Months From Its Notification Date. It May Be Tacitly Renewed Three (3) Times For Successive Periods Of 12 Months, Without Its Total Duration Exceeding Four (4) Years. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article R.2112-4 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Holder Cannot Refuse The Renewal.
