The Free State Of Bavaria, Represented By The Government Of Swabia, Has Been Operating The Anker Branch Maria-Merian-Straße 4 In 89312 Günzburg Since August 1St, 2023 With A Capacity Of 206 Accommodation Places. The Facility Serves To Accommodate And Care For Asylum Seekers In Accordance With Section 44 Asylum Act. The Subject Of The Tender Is Catering Services For The People Staying In The Facility. Through Its Provision Of Services, The Contractor Ensures That The People Accommodated In The Facility Are Provided With Full Daily Meals On 365 Meal Days Per Year (Leap Years: 366 Days Per Year). The Food And Drinks Are Produced By The Contractor In Accordance With Meal Plans Previously Agreed With The Client In One Of The Contractors Premises And Distributed As Part Of The Food Distribution In The Facility. The Contractor Takes Over The Production And Delivery, The Serving Of The Food, Including Checking The Respective Food Authorization. Food In The Facility For Up To 206 People Is Provided Daily Depending On Occupancy. A Lower Occupancy Is Possible. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Purchase A Minimum Quantity. The Flat-Rate Maintenance Fee In Accordance With Section 3.1 Of The Framework Agreement Remains Unaffected By This.
