The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services By The Contractor To Miejskie Zakład Komunalny Sp. Z O. O., Hereinafter Referred To As The Ordering Party, In The Form Of: • Loading During The Collection/Collection Of Mixed And Segregated Municipal Waste (Manual Handling, Emptying, Collecting Containers And Bags Of Waste, Loading Onto Specialized Vehicles, Collecting And Loading Secondary Raw Materials) On The Ordering Partys Premises And From The Ordering Partys Business Areas; • Ongoing Operation Of The Waste Management System As Part Of The Ordering Partys Activities, Consisting In Performing Auxiliary Activities Related To The Operation Of The Waste Collection And Processing Installation Located At Ul. Podolszyny 1, In Particular Maintaining Order In The Installations And Adjacent Areas, Including The Possible Grouping And Stacking Of Waste At The Place Of Its Collection And Processing, Mowing The Grass, Maintaining Green Areas; • Maintaining Order By Manual And Mechanical Cleaning Of Streets, Roads, Sidewalks, Squares And Other Paved Surfaces On The Premises Of The Ordering Party And Its Areas Of Operation; • Performing Other Services Ordered By The Ordering Party, Resulting From Current Needs, Provided That They Are Related To The Business Profile Of The Ordering Party (Waste Collection And Management Department) And The Nature Of This Order.
