This Consultation Is Initiated Following The Decision To Abandon The Public Procurement Launched Previously For Specific Reasons Not Resulting From The Unsuccessful Procedure. The Consultation Concerns The Treatment Of Household And Similar Waste. The Béziers Méditerranée Agglomeration Community (Cabm) Entrusts The Holder With Part Of The Treatment Of Household And Similar Waste From The Valorbi Site (Biterrois Organic Recovery Plant) So As Not To Exceed The 62,500 Tonnes Authorized By The Site Decree And 275 Tonnes/Day Over The Period From April To September, To Compensate For A Major Breakdown On The Site Or As Part Of Maintenance Operations Requiring The Site To Be Closed. The Holders Commit To 100% Incineration Over The Duration Of The Contract And Thus Allow The Agglomeration To Benefit From A Reduced Tgap Rate. Framework Agreement For Current Supplies And Services For The Treatment Of Household And Similar Waste. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded With A Minimum And A Maximum And Will Result In The Issuance Of Purchase Orders. It Will Be Awarded To A Maximum Of 3 Economic Operators. Services Are Regulated By Unit Prices. Maximum Amount Excluding Tax For The Total Duration Of The Contract: 21,000,000.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. The Estimated Value Corresponds To The Maximum Amount In Euro(S) Excluding Tax For The Total Duration Of The Contract. The Estimated Amounts Are Indicative And Include Options (Similar Services And Renewals)
