Timely, Complete And High-Quality (Without Remarks) Execution/Implementation Is Certified By A Bilaterally Signed Summary Findings Protocol For Final Acceptance And Introduction Into Regular Operation After The Successful Conduct Of A Minimum Of 72 Hours Of Tests Of The Already Implemented Services. The Period For Successfully Conducting Tests Is Considered To Be Regular Operation Of Already Implemented Services. The Maximum Term For The Preliminary Preparation (Building Access, Installation And Configuration Of Active And Passive Network Equipment), One-Time Initial (Introductory) Transfer Of All Requested Communication Connections Is Up To 10 (Ten) Working Days From The Date Of Receipt Of Notification From The Contracting Authority About Secured Financing And Presentation By The Contractor Of A Guarantee Of Good Performance. The Initial (Introductory) Transfer Of All Requested Communication Links Is Certified By Signing A Summary Report. The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority - Appendix No. 1.
