The Tender Process Includes An Overall Operational Leasing Agreement Regarding 32 Electric Cars For The Ordering Party. The Electric Cars Must Be Used By The Ordering Partys Employees In Connection With Work-Related Driving, Including Trips To Citizens Homes. The Use Involves A Varied Driving Pattern, As The Cars Are Used Both In Urban Areas With Frequent Short Trips And In Rural Areas, Where The Trips Can Be Longer And Where Driving On Less Traveled Roads Can Occur. The Electric Cars Will Typically Be In Use Most Of The Working Day And Used By Changing Employees From Day To Day. The Client Therefore Needs Electric Cars That Can Be Used By Different Users. The Ordering Party Offers One Overall Operational Leasing Agreement For All 32 Factory-New Electric Cars, Which Runs Over 48 Months And Which Is Generally Based On, Among Other Things: • An Annual Driving Volume Of 10,000 Km Per Car • A Fixed Monthly Lease Payment • Service And Repair Agreement • Tire Agreement The Ordering Party Wants A Leasing Agreement In Which All Significant Costs Associated With The Use Of The Electric Cars Are Included In The Fixed Monthly Leasing Payment, So That The Ordering Party Is Not Subjected To Additional Derived Costs During The Leasing Period, Apart From The Conditions Expressly Stated In The Contract. The Offered Monthly Leasing Fee Per Electric Car Must Not Exceed Dkk 2,800 Excl.
