Aab Wants To Transform A Newly Acquired, Existing Industrial Property Located At Slotsherrensvej 113, 2720 Vanløse Into A New Attractive General Residential Area. The Project (To-R) Consists Of The Demolition Of Existing Industrial Properties, Remediation, Clearing Of Land, Transformation Of Other Industrial Properties Into Housing And Construction Of Housing As New Construction. In Addition, The Establishment Of A Parking Garage, Convenience Store And Associated Outdoor And Communal Areas. The Establishment Of The Parking Garage And Convenience Store (Grey Box) Is Carried Out By Aab For Jemidan Aps (As Complementary To Jemidan K/S) Or Order (Hereinafter Jemidan), In A Reverse Delegated Client Model For Jemidan As The Actual Real Client Of This Part (The Business Project). Jemidan Is Therefore Solely Liable For Payments Relating To This Part Of The Construction, Just As The Tenderer Must Provide A Separate Abt18 Guarantee To Jemidan For The Commercial Project. As The Contracting Authority Is A Public Housing Organisation, The Tender Is Carried Out With A Fixed Maximum Financial Framework. For This Reason, The Tenderer Must, As Part Of The Tender, Confirm That The Tenderer Can Complete The Total Contract Within The Maximum Financial Framework For Each Of The Three Support Cases. The Overall Financial Framework Is Calculated On The Basis Of Four Sub-Areas With Separate Financial Frameworks.
