The Requested Services Consist Of: The Collection And Transport Of Household Waste (Wet Fraction) With The Exception Of Hazardous Toxic Waste And Those With A Special Regime, Including The Collection And Transport Of Recyclable Waste, Namely Paper/Cardboard Plastic/Metal, Glass, Construction Waste, Biodegradable Waste For A Period Of 12 Calendar Months. The Collection Of Biodegradable And Recyclable Household Waste Will Be Done From The Collection Areas Located In The Area Of ​​The Blocks And From Door To Door For The Areas Of Houses Within The Radius Of Uat Orasul Marasesti - Stored In Europubs And In Containers Of The Population, For Public Institutions And Of Public Interest - From Locations Arranged Within Their Premises. The Evaluation Of The Services Was Related To The Amount Of Waste Forecasted To Be Raised And The Unit Price In Lei/M3, According To The History Of The Last 12 Months Respectively: -Household Waste - Wet Fraction - 200 Tons/Month X 12 Months = 2400 Tons During The Contract Period; - Unsorted Recyclable Waste - Dry Fraction - 50 Tons/Month X 12 Months = 600 Tons During The Contract; - Construction Waste - 10 Tons/Month X 12 Months = 120 Tons For The Duration Of The Contract; - Biodegradable Waste - 20 Tons / Month X 12 Months = 240 Tons For The Duration Of The Contract; The Services Will Be Provided On The Uat Radius The City Of Marasesti Is Composed Of The City Of Marasesti (Residence), Village Modruzeni, Village Haret, Village Padureni, Village Calimanesti And Tisita, With A Combined Population Of Approximately 13,500 Inhabitants. Waste Collection Will Be Done Both From Households And From Public And Public Interest Institutions. The Waste, After Collection, Is Considered To Be The Property Of The Sanitation Operator So That He Has The Obligation To Comply With The Environmental Legislation Geo 22/2021 And Geo 133/2022. They Will Be Transported To The Transfer/Sorting Stations Or To The Landfill For Which It Has Concluded A Contract With The Authority That Administers It. The Landfill Must Have All The Operating Permits Issued By The Environment Agency. All Tasks And Responsibilities Regarding Storage Fall Exclusively To The Sanitation Operator.
