Software Package And Information Systems – Delivery Of Software Increasing The Security Of It Systems Of The National Institute Of Geriatrics, Rheumatology And Rehabilitation. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Delivery, Implementation And Installation Of The Siem System; 2) Provision Of Soc (Security Operations Center) Service Consisting In Handling Reports, Continuous Monitoring, Detection, Analysis And Response To Incidents For A Period Of 36 Months; 3) Delivery And Implementation Of Antivirus Software Along With Edr/Xdr Agent Protection With A Management Console, Administrator Training And The Provision Of The Mdr Service; The Contractor Undertakes To Implement The Software Within 21 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement. 2. If The Subject Of The Order Includes Or May Include An Ict Product, Ict Service Or Ict Process, The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer Only Such Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Which, On The Date Of Submission Of Offers: 1) Are Not Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; 2) Do Not Include An Ict Product Whose Type Was Specified In The Decision To Recognize The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Service Or Ict Process Specified In This Decision. 3. If The Contractor Offers Ict Solutions, He Is Obliged To Clearly Identify Each Ict Solution Offered In The Offer, In Particular By Indicating: 1) The Name Of The Solution, 2) The Manufacturer Or Supplier, 3) The Type, Model, Version Or Other Marking Allowing Its Identification, 4) The Function Performed As Part Of The Execution Of The Contract. 4. The Inability To Clearly Identify The Offered Ict Solution Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor.
